1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 83ok (the "Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, games, and features made available at https://83ok.asia. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility

• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 83ok is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 83ok or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors. Such persons are prohibited from holding a player account.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 83ok Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitute a material breach of these Terms. 83ok reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or account details with any third party. 83ok will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify 83ok support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 83ok may suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.
• You must provide accurate identity documentation when requested by 83ok for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
• 83ok reserves the right to perform identity verification checks at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. These checks may involve requesting a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 83ok Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on your 83ok account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 83ok accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits processed through bKash and Nagad typically reflect in the account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile wallet side.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the account. 83ok does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts in names other than the verified account holder, or new payment methods that have not been used for deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

83ok may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives to new and existing players at its sole discretion. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it, plus potential account closure.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 83ok Platform — including but not limited to the 83ok brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary property of 83ok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 83ok Platform without the express prior written consent of 83ok.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 83ok, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other commercial or non-commercial loss, even if 83ok has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 83ok's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Amendments to These Terms

83ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 83ok will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the contact details associated with the player's account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 83ok Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact 83ok support to request account closure. 83ok shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it.
